Pricing

Tuition for Yachad summer programs are listed on their individual webpages.  Visit www.yachad.org/summer to find the pricing specific to your program.

Early Bird Registration

To receive the $150 Early Bird Registration Discount, you must complete an official application and pay the $350 application fee* by October 31st at 11:59 PM.

Payment Information

– $350 application fee due at time of application 

– Application fee is non-refundable. (If an applicant is not accepted to a program, their application fee will be refunded in full.) 

– Multiple payment schedules are available and should be chosen at the time of application submission. 

– Balance due on April 30th unless specific other arrangements are made in writing. 

All fees must be paid in full to Yachad by April 30th.  We reserve the right to release a spot if fees are not paid in a timely fashion.

*Application fee for Yad B’Yad Israel Experience – High School program is $500.

Payment Methods

Yachad Summer tuition payments can be made by credit card, debit card, check, ACH (eCheck) or money order. The application fee may be paid by credit card, debit card or ACH and will be processed automatically once the application is submitted.

Yachad Summer currently accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Amex. There will be a credit card surcharge of 3% for all credit card payments.  The credit card processing fee is less than our costs associated with accepting your credit card.  There is no fee when paying by check, debit card or ACH (eCheck).

Scholarships

Limited financial-aid scholarships are available through Yachad Summer Programs.  For more information, please email our office at yachadsummer@ou.org.

Withdrawals, Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are processed solely upon receipt of WRITTEN NOTIFICATION to Yachad. To accomplish this, you may send us an email (using the email address we have for you on file) with your official notice of cancellation.

If your written cancellation is received on or before:

  • December 15th of the program year – payments are refundable less $1000
  • February 1st of the program year – payments are refundable less $2,000
  • April 29th of the program year – payments are refundable less half of tuition
  • After April 30th, all payments are no longer refundable.

Acceptance

Submission of an application DOES NOT guarantee acceptance.  All decisions regarding acceptance are at the sole discretion of the Director of Yachad Summer Programs.

Termination

The Director of Summer Programs reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation on a Yachad Summer Program.  When the decision has been made to remove a participant from the program, it will be done as soon as possible.  Any cost incurred in sending a participant home to due to the violation of the program’s code of conduct will be at the participant’s and his or her parent’s or guardian’s own expense.  There will be no refunds given for any portion of the program that is unused.

Subject to Change

All program dates are subject to change and all program fees are subject to change.

Financial Aid

Financial aid is available based on need, and is given out on a first-come, first-served basis. In order to be considered for financial assistance, you must first complete the application process (including submitting an application, deposit, recommendation letter, and interview).  Once that’s completed, you can fill out a Financial Aid form to be reviewed by our scholarship committee.  For a partial listing of scholarships available in your area, please click here.
