Our jam packed day begin bright and early at 7:15 AM. The whole yby crew was clad in bright tie dyed shirts that we made earlier in the summer. After a meaningful davening and scrumptious breakfast we hopped and skipped onto our buses to start the day. Bus 1 headed to a ranch to learn all about the life of Shaul the farmer. Meanwhile bus 2 visited a kibitz that taught us to reuse garbage and our very own waste to build up a town.
The buses met up for a delicious lunch and then switched places. Following the kibitz/ranch we reloaded the buses and headed off to the one the only JERUSALEM! We made a few stops along the way for some healthy and nutritious snacks to fuel our bodies and brains. After a dance party on the bus we finally arrived to our final hotel of the summer, Beit Vagan. We enjoyed a delectable dinner where in true yby fashions resulted in cheering and singing from all. The highlight of the night was when yby crashed a wedding at the hotel and brought lots of joy to the happy couple. Although we don’t know their names we wish them much love and success in life!
After the wedding it was off to night activity Where our counselors taught us our fabulous flashmob for yom yachad (shhh don’t tell anyone!)! We then prayed to the lord and hit the sack. Adios. *drop mic*
See you all in less than a week!
