Eytan Aryeh

What’s up Yad B’Yaders!! My name is Eytan Aryeh- yes, it’s spelled with a Y, and I’m SUPER pumped to spend the summer with all of you guys! I hail from Woodmere, NY and am a proud graduate of DRS Yeshiva HS (Go Wildcats!!) where I spent almost all of my time in the Greenhouse (or the “gym” for those of you who aren’t holding in the Yeshiva League… yet) playing hockey or soccer. I had the privilege to be learning in the Old City of Yerushalayim at Yeshivat Hakotel for the past two years, and am currently in YU studying psychology and a little bit of business management on the side. You can usually find me singing to myself, playing any sport you can think of (except for curling… still trying to figure that one out), or making Deli Roll! I have even made them in different shapes and sizes! I absolutely LOVE studying music lyrics and take pride in my weirdly precise lyric knowledge. Test me!! Any genre- you choose. Oh, and just to give you a heads up, as you guys will find out soon enough… I’m a bit of a Yachad nutcase. Ever since my first Shabbaton back in 9th grade, I’ve bled Blue and Orange. I went on Yad B’Yad in 2014 as a participant #WestCoastBestCoast, worked at Mesorah Yachad for 2 summers, and then returned to Yad B’Yad this past summer as a staff member! At one point in high school, I even decided to use only blue and orange highlighters when I took notes, and may or may not still do that today… Anyway, I can’t wait to meet each and every one of you and spend the summer together in Eretz Hakodesh, i.e. “The Most Amazing Place on Earth!!”
