Day Sixteen: Shabbat, July 27th: Ramat Rachel Shabbat!

Hello!

This Shabbos, we had davening and a kiddush with yummy snacks and food drinks and shmoozing. Then we had a learning program run by Emme about smiling and positivity. We learned about how you could change someone’s life with a smile. We had lunch in the hotel and a really fun circle time. I had a great nap in the afternoon and I got woken up by Jodi. We played “I am Sitting on a Chair” with the whole camp – it is one of my favorite games, it was really fun! After that, we played Coke and Pepsi but Sefardi vs Ashkenaz instead. Then we had Seudat Shlishit with yummy food and slow shira. We had a really meaningful Havdala on the porch outside with people playing instruments. It was really nice with the whole camp together. After that, we all got ready for Human Apples to Apples. Everyone got dressed up as their card and were put in groups, then each group sent someone up for each round. It was really fun and people went all out and expressed themselves in different costumes. Then we all had pizza. It was such a fun Shabbos and Saturday night!!
