Hi guys!!! Timmy and Michal here! Today was a sick day. We started off the day by splitting up the girls and boys on separate buses which was really fun. The girls’ bus enjoyed some wildly fun cheers while the boys’ bus had a much chiller and relaxed ambiance. Then we packaged food for people who are struggling and can’t afford meals. We saw a short clip that showed how much their efforts paid off last summer during tzuk eitan. It really showed great achdut amongst the Jewish people. Afterwards we headed to Har Hertzel for a meaningful, powerful, and emotional experience. We heard stories about many heroes and their actions. It helped create a more relatable connection for us who normally live in America and find it hard to connect to such distant matters. Following lunch at Har Hertzel half of the group went to the Machne Yehuda Shuk and practically bought out all the marzipan! Mmmmm. After a bit of down time we got ready and pumped up for an awesome and rocking Yom Yachad! We headed to Yom Yachad in our cool orange Yachad swag t-shirts. Yay more Yachad swag!! We danced and sang our hearts out while INCLUDING trip two obviously!! We really felt like we were one trip. It was a great experience and so much fun. We then headed back to the hotel all tired out from our busy, exciting, and awesome day.
