While sadly our amazing trip has come close to a finish, we managed to end off this summer on an amazing note! Starting off our morning with an inspiring learning program on self-awareness, we then continued our day on Ben Yehudah. There we walked around in our attendance groups as we shopped and planned for the upcoming banquet! Everyone enjoyed chilling, eating ice cream, and spending our final precious moments with all of our friends. Later, we ate one of YBY’s classic lunches, sandwiches, and then continued off to the Kotel! At the Kotel we davened mincha and took in our last opportunity at the holy site before heading back to the hotel. Back at Bayit Vagan we had plenty of time to pack, kill our final victims in word assassin, prepare for banquet, hang with friends, and so much more! We ended off our spectacular day with an incredible banquet where we laughed, sang, cheered, and showed our appreciation for those of us who made this summer truly amazing! Each attendance group put on a different performance including songs, videos, and rhymes. The counselors sang a song, and the Israeli staff gave out gifts to all the staff! All the participants also wanted to express our gratitude to the staff as well, so thank you guys once again! All in all this was a great way to end the most amazing summer of a lifetime!
