Thursday morning each Kesher camper and staff member was dressed bright and early in her orange camp shirt. The first stop of the day was roller skating. For many of our campers this was the first time skating. With encouragement and support from the staff each girl had a great time. After about half an hour a circle of counselors and campers formed in the middle of the rink and broke out in spirited dancing and singing.

After eating a picnic lunch we all headed to Dollar Tree where the ice cream truck was waiting for us. It was a delicious treat! In Dollar Tree each girl had the opportunity to buy one item for herself as well as one item for an assigned friend in her bunk.
