Yachad is planning on purchasing a wheelchair accessible van to help individuals with developmental disabilities attend our various programs.
The van will be dedicated in loving memory of Zev Kahn Z”L, a cherished member of Yachad whose enduring presence touched everyone he met. Zev embodied pure happiness and joy, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew him.
This new van will provide safe transportation for individuals with developmental and specialized needs, ensuring they can fully participate in our programs and trips, fostering a meaningful life for each participant.
Emblazoned with Zev’s mantra, ‘BE HAPPY! Mitzvah Gedola Lehiot B’Simcha Tamid’, the van symbolizes his spirit and serves as a tribute to his uplifting influence.
