We were woken up at 7:15AM to begin our fun-filled day in the beautiful city of Eilat! We had tefillah and breakfast and then we left our hotel and walked to the Red Sea. We were separated by gender to begin our day. The boys started off their day on a party boat! Many jumped in the water to go swimming and snorkeling. The girls started off their day with a few different water sports activities consisting of a speed boat ride, kayaking, pedal boating, tubing, and banana boating. After these activities, we grouped together to have a delicious Burger’s Bar lunch! After lunch, we were introduced to a flash-mob that we will be performing on Yom Yachad. After that, everyone switched activities. The boys did the water sports and the girls went on the party boat. After these activities, we returned back to our hotel where we showered and prepared for dinner at the ice mall. At the mall, we had a variety of options to choose for dinner. “I had a pie of cafe cafe pizza in 8 minutes,” says Gila. Other activities at the mall besides dinner included getting feet eaten by fish in the spa, ice skating on the rink in the middle of the mall, and shopping in many stores. After, we returned back to our hotel and had a really fun and funny night activity led by Riri. We then davened Maariv and had another packing night for the upcoming day in which we will be sleeping in Bedouin tents. Today was a long day but it was EI-LAT of fun!
