Hey! Friday was a chill day but a fun one! First we went back to the times of the tanach and made candle holders at the Katzrin Village. Then we played Shabbos songs using drums and other instruments in order to get us all pumped for our first Shabbos in Israel!! Next we went to the park to eat lunch and once we were done with lunch, we each got to tie dye our own Yad B’yad tshirts!! Then we had a quick trip to the supermarket to pick up some shabbos snacks.

After a lot of time getting ready for Shabbos, we all joined together for a beautiful outdoor Kabbalat Shabbos. After davening we went inside for dinner and then had an amazing time at circle time and the oneg.

When we woke up on shabbos morning the fun continued. We had davening, a learning session, lunch and then a lot of free time to hang out with all of our friends and make some new ones too!! At the end of Shabbos we all joined together for a beautiful havdalah and then had a really fun night activity–deal or no deal: curfew addition!!!

We can’t wait for our next Shabbos in Israel and many more jam- packed, amazing days!!!
