Today we woke at 7:45 (yay!). We then traveled to Stam center ( mazuzah, sefer torah and tefilin)! We learned about the Hebrew letters and how they are made and we even had a lesson on how to make the letters with ink and a feather ourselves. There was fun trivia games and interactive movies as well! We then had a tour of tzfat and explored the shops and the Israeli lifestyle. We then ate lunch and had a learning program about connecting to Hashem in our own way. Go Hisbodidut! We then went to an absorption center where we interacted with Ethiopian children who were new to Israel. We had the opportunity to either play soccer or paint with them. Even though we couldn’t communicate through language we bonded and taught them new things. Next we ate a delicious chicken dinner outside. Finally we came back to the hotel and had an awesome get to know the counselor night activity. Looking forward to our first Friday in Israel!
