Monday morning we woke up after a long night of hanging out. We davened and then after breakfast we headed to the shuk! It was a really cool experience and there were so many awesome things to buy! I got dried pineapple that was really good!!! It was packed with all different types of people. After the shuk we went to a park to have lunch and the muffins were great ?Once lunch was over we went back to the hotel and we prepared for banquet with our attendance groups. We then got our super cool YBY sweatshirts and sweatpants! They are awesome!! When banquet started we had a really good dinner with tons of desserts- yum!! Each group presented something to express their mementoes goodbyes. It was very emotional but some groups presentations were hilarious and made us laugh in the midst of the crying. After banquet we got the rest of our YBY swag!!!! Which if y’all haven’t seen are pretty cool ? Once everyone had their things, we said goodbye to all who were staying in Israel and boarded the buses to the airport. It was a sorrowful ride full of tears. We got to the airport and after customs and security we got on the plane. Most of us fell asleep, exhausted from an incredible 4 weeks. It was really hard to get off the plane and say goodbye to our YBY family but we know no matter where we all are in this world, whether it be Israel, New York, or even all the way in Cleveland we will always be a family b’yachad! Thanks for an amazing summer love you all!!!
