July 29, 2014: Day 15

Hi everyone! Today was such a fun day!! We started off the day with late wakeup and a delicious breakfast of pancakes and bananas (I had 4). Then we hopped on the bus and hiked to Sunset Crater, otherwise known as a dormant volcano. Our counselor, Chaim, explained the history of the volcano and we all took pictures (classic). Then we ate delicious moist tuna, jelly and cheese sandwiches along with either chocolate or vanilla pudding! Following this, we hopped back on the bus and headed to horseback riding. We split up into groups of 10 and were paired with a beautiful horse. My horse made sure to cut off the whole group, which was fine. Some of the horses were very competitive. We had an amazing, inclusive day in Arizona, even though it was over 100 degrees. Thank you for reading and good night!

Also I would like to wish a happy birthday to my mom: Rachel Skydell!!
