Dear Yad B’Yad Journal,
The day started out bright and early with a 6:45AM wake up and an hour and a half bus ride to Arosim Beteva. From then, we went zip lining, rappelling, shooting B.B. guns, and archery (bow & arrow – Katniss style.) Some of us, Ariella & Chloe, overcame our fears and went zip lining b’yachad for the first time ever! After climbing back up the mountain, we ate delicious sandwiches but they did not compare to the pizza and pancakes we ate at breakfast.
After lunch we went to cool off at a maayan called Ein Israel. We went on swings into the water, talked and shared watermelon with locals, and picked pomegranates.
On the way back to Nir Etzion, we stopped at the mall and went to the supermarket. Many kids bought aroma and Ben&Jerrys. After that, we encouraged our beloved Jacob Sacks (Shoutout to the Westchester crew) to sing, but unfortunately was under the weather, we wish him a refusah shelmah. Finally, we arrived back at Nir Etzion and enjoyed a delicious last dinner.
Sincerely,
Chloe and Ariella
P.S. – I know you are not reading this Mom and Dad, but we love and miss you guys! (Chloe & Ariella)
