On Sunday we woke up, with a sun so bright

And we knew that today would be just right

Headed to the zoo, we started our way,

With much excitement for a really good day

As we arrived, into groups we were split,

Everyone was happy, no one threw a fit

Eagles, monkey, and jaguars we saw

Big or tall, with a hoof or a claw

Face painting and tattoos, there was so much to do,

But after a while, we were done at the zoo

Back on the bus, to Dave and Busters we went.

Winning lots of tickets, all our credit we spent

Pizza was served when we were ready to eat,

Hankies from Plainview, it couldn’t be beat

Back to the hotel, we went straight to sleep

Because, the next day on a plane we would be
