We piled into Monsey’s houses
And wore our best suits and blouses.
We sang after a beautiful shabbos meal,
With a sense of ruach that seemed unreal.
Shabbos day we had a blast,
All the songs and games went by so fast.
We bet it won’t take a while,
For Moyo’s dance to be the new Gangnam Style.
We spent hours at Racheli’s place,
Playing game after game at a marathon’s pace.
In shul we sat in a circle and sang out our hearts,
Shabbos was meaningful right from the start.
We said bye to shabbos with a havdala song,
If you think the fun ended there you couldn’t be more wrong.
Our groups chose cool names and everyone teamed up,
We played panopoly, that’s what’s up.
On Sunday, at Dave and Busters we had tons of thrills,
Then to the airport we went after testing our skills.
The plane ride was quite an event.
With a grumpy captain and flight attendant.
Hours and hours of sleep and food,
Even the long trip couldn’t dampen our mood.
In Israel our group was finally complete,
Seven new campers and staff we did meet.
We ate and played interesting games,
Where we got to learn everyone’s names.
Back at the hotel dinner was a great meal,
It’s awesome to be back home in Israel.
We can only imagine what’s next to come:
More “Saulfies” and adventures for everyone.
