Today started out with the usual wake up, breakfast then we were divided, the boys swam while the girls packed, then at around 11:30 we switched until 12:15. We then went to Gan Ha’Atzmaut and had lunch then we were split again because some us went to Meah Shaarim to shop for kugel and sefarim then we went to Ben Yehuda for a bit more shopping. At about 2:00 we went to the kotel for our final time this trip and we davened mincha then came back to the hotel where we relaxed. We also got ready for the banquet which was amazing and was planned beautifully. The theme was a stroll down memory lane where we remembered all the places we visited. We got to see and participate in the groups planned activities. We saw a video star by Avigail (she worked on it for the entire summer!). We also heard a song and a gramin by the amazing staff followed by a slideshow and a presentation by the Israeli staff then Racheli, Ram, and Buch spoke and we ended the night with a nice kumzitz. During the kumzitz we got our wonderful sweatshirts, sweatpants, and the dry fit tshirts. Overall we had an amazing day. I want to give a shout out to Margalit Graber for giving me the opportunity to write the journal with her.
