Sara Ireland-Cooperman is the coordinator for Yachad Cleveland since 2007 and has been involved in Yachad since she was a junior high school student. She is also the Director of Activities and Recreation for Singleton Healthcare Center, a senior living facility in Cleveland since 2011.
