Yachad’s RKPAP provides opportunities to experience various areas of Performing Arts.
This new, innovative program encourages participants to engage in all elements of a performance – acting, dance, music, theater design and more!

Mainstage Series: Mondays and Wednesdays 6-8pm CST
A performance class that changes seasonally to work on different aspects of Acting, Singing, and Dancing!
January-March and April-June: Auditions and Rehearsals for the Spring Musical
July-September: Acting Workshops. Poetry, and Everyday Life Skills
October-December: Writing and Rehearsals for the Chanukah Variety Show
Design and Create: Tuesdays,6pm-7:30pm CST
Our Visual Arts class, in which participants will learn and implement a variety of techniques from drawing to backstage design work. In rotation with the Spring Musical, we will work on props and set design for the mainstage show. Throughout the year we work on various styles of visual art including painting, drawing, collage, pottery, and more!
Live Series (Sundays throughout the year):
Join us throughout the year to experience a selection of performances live and in-person. Dependent on performance venue, the class will either meet at the theater or at the Wi-Fi Building, 8150 N McCormick and will travel by bus to the venue. Participants will attend a range of programs to inspire and ignite the efforts of the Mainstage Series.
