Yachad is bringing the fire back to Chicago!
Excitement is building in the Windy City as Yachad is gearing up for what promises to be a Lag B’Omer to remember. Three of the biggest names in Jewish music, Mordechai Shapiro together with Shulem & Yanky Lemmer are set to star in a mega production on Thursday night May 19th at the Evanston Township High School. With thanks to a grant from the Ralla Klepak Foundation for Education in The Performing Arts, this is the 2nd musical production this year for Chicago Yachad after the smashing success of Disney’s Newsies musical. The first of its kind inclusive production that included acting, singing, set production and design by both Yachad members as well as the the general Chicago Jewish community.
