Thinking and movement activities
It is equally important to exercise one's mind as well as one's body.
In Mind and Motion we do both. Simple physical exercises are used to stimulate thinking processes used to make observations, make decisions, solve challenges, find what is hidden, and understand why some of the natural and people-made wonders remain as mysteries.
The program merges the physical and mental realms while having fun as well as thoughtful discussion.
This program is for NE members ages 25+
