What is a 30-second Catch Up?⁉️
Whenever someone new enters a group or a conversation, they might not immediately know what’s going on or what you’re talking about. Taking just 30 seconds to update that person and catch them up on what’s being discussed is a game changer! They’ll feel more included in the conversation and know that you want them to be there. It’s super easy to help others feel more comfortable and included!
