Day 22: Belonging and Community
We’ve reached the final week of JDAIM, and we’re ending where it matters most: belonging and community.
Over the past month, we’ve explored awareness, accessibility, and inclusion in action. But the goal of all of it has always been bigger than learning or checking boxes. True inclusion is about creating communities where people do not just show up, but feel seen, valued, and at home.
Belonging means knowing that who you are is enough. It means being welcomed not in spite of differences, but with them. Strong communities are built when we make space for every individual to participate fully and authentically.
This week, we’ll focus on what it really means to build communities where everyone belongs and the small, intentional choices that turn inclusion into connection. As we close out JDAIM together, we invite you to reflect on how you help create belonging in the spaces you’re part of every day.
Feel free to watch how this incredibly special Café, Latte of Love, reminds us all of how small moments of connection, kindness, and openness can create spaces where everyone feels valued and included.
