Today’s Challenge: Notice, Adjust, Include
Accessibility starts with awareness. Inclusion does not happen by accident. It happens when we take the time to notice who might be struggling to access a space, a conversation, or an opportunity.
Throughout the day, pay attention to moments where someone may need extra support, clarity, or flexibility. Sometimes accessibility looks like explaining something again. Sometimes it means slowing the pace, adjusting the environment, or simply asking what someone needs in order to participate fully.
Today’s challenge is to notice one moment where inclusion could be strengthened and take one small step to adjust. That step does not need to be big. Often, the smallest adjustments are the ones that make the biggest difference.
When we build accessibility into our communities, we send a clear message to everyone around us: you belong here.
