Join the Social Work Interns for Meditation and Mindfulness! Start your week off right with some techniques to help you feel calm, open and ready to take on the world!  Each session will be different and will include a variety of exercises such as breathing, visualizations, calming strategies, chair yoga, and more!

This class is open to anyone 18+.
